We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
